Bosco Reach Out (BRO), established in 1983 and registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in Meghalaya, has its operational head office in Guwahati, Assam. Over the years, BRO has remained committed to achieving integral development through the empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable communities in Northeast India.

Despite many challenges, our collective efforts and the unwavering support of our donors and partners enabled us to reach thousands of deserving people across our focus areas. Through Integrated Tribal Development Projects (ITDPs) in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, along with agricultural initiatives in Umrangso and Karbi Anglong, we strengthened tribal livelihoods and promoted sustainable agriculture. Community development programmes such as REDUCE, SAFE, Jal Jeevan Mission, youth employment initiatives, and emergency flood relief addressed critical needs and enhanced community resilience.

Our skill development initiatives, including targeted training at the Joropara sub-centre, expanded livelihood opportunities for youth. Education programmes like CARE, RACE, FACE, HIRLA scholarships, and sponsorships supported children at risk and improved rural literacy. In health, our Eye Care programme reduced avoidable blindness and restored sight to the elderly through free cataract surgeries. We also contributed to environmental protection by promoting eco-conscious practices.

BRO continues to serve as a catalyst for equitable, people-centred, and sustainable development. I sincerely thank our donors, partners, and dedicated staff, whose commitment and hard work made this journey possible.
